a great day with friends and family

today we went to Belfairs Woods and C and B played on the new play equipment, they loved it! Then it was a coffee and more playing on the bouncy castle then a dash home, with fresh bread, for ham and cheese sandwiches and lemon cake...yummy. After lunch we headed to Heybridge Basin for a family visit and more playareas for swings and roundabouts and watching the kites being flown in the wind. After a walk along the sea wall and more fresh air than Chicken can manage, it's back for scones with jam and clotted cream and cake...yummy!
